The hardest part of every Friday afternoon at work is deciding what "It's the weekend!!!!" gif I should post in a team Slack. I should start looking on Monday next time, a good search and decision is time consuming.

I understood the "return to normalcy" of the early Biden years. But now? The early AOC years are damn well not going to be doing that shit again. The only thing they'll learn from are consequences. Very strong consequences.

The absolute lack of respect for science when it comes to vaccine and the pandemic response in the US is the thing I believe will have the longest timeline of ramifications. We'll be able to rebuild the rule of law faster than all the lost research and scientists can be replaced.

I'm going to need to ask that no one else try and cover an Adele song unless they can do it without obvious autotune. Especially "Set Fire to the Rain". K? Thanks.

You know what, kudos to my county public health department for calling to make sure I don't have measles symptoms. I can imagine having to check up on every single person who was at a large doctor's office during a multi hour time frame is a pain. Also, so far no measles. Fuck antivaxers for this.
