I screwed up my back somehow and everything hurts. Can't lift, can't bend. Turned my assist up to 5 for camp dropoff, used the throttle much more than usual. Light movement helped. Fresh air helped my morale. First cool morning in a while. #ebike because.... I need diff things on diff days.
