Wait, so if Helen a better protagonist for you because you’re more attracted to her? If someone said they were found Bob to be a better protagonist would you disagree because of his story or because you think he’s ugly?

So if Bob was the protagonist in the second one and Helen had the same screen time again, you wouldn’t like it? Do you like the Star Wars movies before Rey?

So if Helen is the protagonist in a superhero movie, why are you saying it’s inherently a misogynistic genre? And isn’t Rey also a superhero within the context of her setting? (Ie, she has powers that others don’t that she uses for heroism?)

I guess the reason i also ask too is that, if the genre is inherently misogynistic, then does it count as an example of the superhero genre itself? Or is she not a superhero because the movies themselves are inherently anti-feminist? I think it’s important to differentiate genre and fans.
