I had an opportunity to examine www.eatforhealth.gov.au, and may I say it is complicated, complex and certainly not something that an ordinary person could use easily. Why do nutritionists need to make everything so complex? Make it simple and easy, and people will use the information better.

I wonder if people in the coastal areas, where growing your own food is impacted by rising salinity and increased frequency of floods, can benefit from some version of hydroponics even where poverty is widespread. I will read this guide with hope it can be of help to world's most vulnerable.

I am with the students on this one; it is a tool that is pushed so aggressively on society without adequate assessments of the harm it will cause or the goods it will bring. When something is being shoved down our throats so meaninglessly, one must wonder about the agenda behind it.

To be reminded that the simple things in life bring joy across species is a powerful reminder that every action humans take to improve planetary health helps ensure that this joy can be experienced by many generations to come - for all living organisms.

Always great to work with an interdisciplinary team.
