I don't mean to be callous or overly cynical, but as I watch the ceremony for Lindsay Graham, I'm struck by two conflicting things - first, chagrin that so much of his life was a hidden hypocrisy, and second, feeling pleased that at least this GOP Senator's family admits he's dead.
Trump only says provably false narratives or laughable hyperboles. Yet some people hear useful information. Along with our political divide, we do have an intellectual divide. I don't discuss it, as the Left is considered condescending. (For any MAGA reading this, that means we talk down to people.)

Republicans can lie, deflect, and continue protecting their lawless, criminal President. Their reward will be extinction come November. And remember, they did this to themselves. They could have put on the brakes and removed Trump by impeachment but chose terrorism and corruption instead.
