Sex is not a social construct. It existed before societies. Our understanding of sex - how the two sexes (also understood before societies) create new members of the species - didn't even need language. It doesn't for animals. You're throwing up chaff to deny reality.

There are people without GD who claim to be trans. It's entirely different from diabetes, which can be determined by blood tests on a comatose patient.

But they no longer identify as "having a different gender from their biological sex", the latter being the usual definition of "trans". Yet you say they're still trans. So either the definition contradicts itself, or it is useless.

Sex is *defined*. See if you can nominate a person who doesn't have a sex. They have to be a real person.

You know that sex is extremely easy to verify. You deny this, because to acknowledge it would collapse big parts of your self-belief. But medics do it regularly for people with DSDs. Sex is understood.

Have you tried thinking for a moment about the difference between a framework of beliefs about the exterior world and your relation to it (religious belief) and pain? Another person can, say, twist your arm and be quite confident what sort of pain you'll feel. They can't say what religion you have.
