People will literally only follow 20 people on this site and then complain how Bluesky seems like a dead mall.

Gonna be real: it's deeply shitty to aggressively demand that artists who worked on a large project guarantee to you that nobody who touched the project used AI. They can't know that and they're not responsible for that. They can only know things within the scope of their own job.

It's taken me a long time to stop prematurely rushing to have a public opinion on controversies that are still unfolding. I think what really helped was being a part of a couple, and watching people immediately make judgements of me/my team based off of lies/incomplete information.

I hate A.I. far more than the average person, but I expected from the beginning that whoever put this together was *not* representative of the creative team behind the movie. Some of us have *got* to stop rushing to judgment. It's not fair to the artists doing their best.

Man it really is funny how some YouTube videos tried to gaslight KH3 as being this GOT mess of a finale. Yet nearly everyone who started the series in the past six years have ended up loving it.

Yeeep. Very much believe the backlash was always a combined case of “forgetting how cheesy the other games are too” and “not hyping responsibly.” And neither of those are possible if you’re a newcomer and you play through the whole series then and there.

this is why keeping corruption out of government is not some sideshow, it’s fundamental to effective governance if you cannot trust the people in charge of public health because “they changed their story due to bribes” is a legitimate inference, that is a crisis all on its own
