Pretty sure a dramatic pause before taking the shot is covered in training.

Out of interest, what did you pay for a copy? I've looked into it before now with a similar catch-up in mind, but it seems like getting hold of it represents a bit of an investment :/

I think I would also add "World War I was bad, actually".
