workout accountability day 59 afternoon: 30 min walk in 94f heat !! sweating my ass off! I WAS ABLE TO RUN WITHOUT MY BP GOING BANANAS I COULD CRY ITS ALL POSSIBLE

workout accountability day 58 it’s the first day i haven’t been stuck in bed for like 60-70% of my day. i am disabled, so i absolutely count chores and things i find difficult, or that wear me out, as workouts. it all builds stamina. today: cooked 2x put dry dishes away cleaned dirty dishes

i ran. you guys?? i ran for like 30 yards, it’s not a lot, but i ran for the first time in years. i could cry, that was a rly big deal. feeling that speed in my body again, omg, i can do this 😭😭
