Well I’d personally just go back to Bauers and Vaughn platooning, it’s clear Vaughn can’t hit righties very well so they should just platoon them but if you want Vaughn in the lineup that’d be the way I’d do it. They need a DH because yelich is bad.

I dunno, Yelich has had 2 of the best seasons ever for a brewer, he’s just old and been injured, it’s not really his fault. Brewers probably shouldn’t have signed him after his knee injury.

Eh, if you can get controllable pieces it still matters, and the brewers can always get lucky in the playoffs, low chance but you can’t wave the white flag already.

To be clear I wouldn’t have wanted the brewers to beat that package, likely would have needed to give up Hardin and Letson and for a rental that’s too much, but it’ll be a bummer if the brewers don’t do much. Another 36ish hours to find out.
