The Dodgers can make these deals with ease, in two years if they need an outfielder or a pitcher, they’ll just sign the best one out there, prospects don’t matter much. It’s like going to the store and you’re forced to pay with money while they pay with chocolate coins

Yeah except “getting old” doesn’t mean they are going to be bad any time soon. They’ll restock with their younger guys and through free agency. They can cut old guys, pay them to stay home, and none of it matters. This isn’t like an old NFL team where they’re screwed in a year or two.

I’m not sure the brewers (Murphy) have the balls to bench Yelich this year but they seriously need to look at doing something with him in the offseason because he’s just not good enough to be playing on a contending team every night.

Watching Yelich and Chourio play baseball hasn’t been fun for a bit. They both look terrible.

I’m not saying this is happening but what’s stopping the tigers owner from saying “trade Skubal to the dodgers”? It will help owners in negotiations, a three peat also will get a fan revolt, feels like the biggest win possible for them.

Angels always seemed like a good fit with the Brewers assuming you can talk them in to Quero being fine long term behind the plate.
