ER rewatch, season 8. I have whiplash from the episode where Luka has a temporary personality transplant apparently without the input of a qualified surgeon/writer, but at the same time Elizabeth is magnificent and unsparing re postpartum indignities.

CILIP must own many images of real people at their real events! We've all ticked consent to use photos hundreds of times, no? Clearly there's an issue with budget and staff and I'm sure it's a thankless job, but this is such a weird solution. Is it all some kind of test???

Question - plea. Have any authors been affected by school librarians cancelling their visits due to LGBTQ+ themes? Am also hunting school librarians affected?

When I got home I rushed into my bedroom and locked the door because I knew that this book was the most important thing that had ever happened to me and I did not want anybody to be there when I looked at it. But I was very disappointed, because it was in French and seemed dull.
