I have been reading The Odyssey out loud to my daughter and it’s incredible, but I’m constantly struck by how little description there is of almost anything. Odysseus is pretty vague, like he’s strong and cunning but that’s pretty much all you get! The whole Circe episode is like 2 pages long!

Not really, they’re talking about how many people are born in different places and the economic effects of demographic changes.

But they’re not talking about the world population. They’re talking about Individual countries and the economic issues associated with demographic shifts.

Having a hard time understanding the outrage about this. Birth rates have pretty big economic effects, lots of countries are throwing money at this issue to get birth rates up. We’re just not allowed to talk about it?

Even in that chart renewables are level with coal and nuclear but his stance is that it doesn’t count as an energy source. More astounding stuff from the stupidest people to ever be in charge.
