To your point, on iOS it's long press hyphen, select from menu. I'm led to believe it's the same on standard Android.

The last time I made an event e-invite, I just put a high-res emoji over a Creative Commons photo and typed in the event details using a free photo editor on my phone 🤷

My favorite defunct mobile game is called Matchstick Memories. It's a matching game and text adventure with likely <5 image files total. The entire matching game is rendered in text and code-generated shapes. If this dev can't draw, I would have no way to know that.

It also solves a minor annoyance from the original: players don't always think of the characters who might be in a scene in numerical order, and accidentally typing 2-8-6-11 would return no results even if 2-6-8-11 was a file. The device accepts any order of inputs.

I think what confuses me the most is that this rando is acting like The Kids™ have no way to access a book series that's available online for $20 per volume, save for an AI movie adaptation. I bought so many comics online when I was 18; can they not just... read it?

To be fair, I'm disabled and sometimes I accidentally injure myself when I clip my own nails, so I would want someone besides me (such as a hypothetical spouse) to do that for my hypothetical kid. But... reading? Bath time??? Literally any intimacy with your child??????

Seriously, though, if you spend $155 a year (=Spotify premium yearly) on Bandcamp Fridays, your music collection will balloon over time, you can still stream it, and the artists actually *get paid.* Don't pay multiple times! Keep the music! Once you download it they literally can't take it from you!

You may be interested to know that I just spent several hours converting this PDF to a text-only HTML file with a WAVE AIM score of 10/10, including transcribing every chart and converting the glitched OCR to usable text.

Correct me if I'm wrong, is this not akin to (setting aside the difference in statistical distribution) claiming that A/B/O blood phenotype is binary bc you can express one of A and B, both of AB, or neither? When most people regard that as four types?

They do have removal requests, but the data is not guaranteed to be removed. A personal blog where you accidentally posted your phone number and address, maybe. Probably not a government page.
