It was purportedly too ~difficult~ and ~costly~ to provide gender-affirming HRT to the <1% of military personnel who are trans. And yet the same drug is somehow exempt when applied to cis men who don't need it? Come ON. I knew they were BSing, but I'm disappointed they can't stick to a narrative.
