Parallels to medical malpractice are strong here: pick one conceptualization. If LLM is an algorithm, then the corporation is responsible. If the algorithm is an “intelligence,” “a colleague,” a licensed “practitioner,” or has a corporate title, then an employee of these corporations hacked rivals.
