I'm always baffled as to why my art style is often labeled as "cutesy". Sure I can draw cute stuff, but I can also do realism, horror, action, etc. Why am I labeled as "cutesy" and not "versatile"?

Thats weird cause I wouldnt call it cutsey. . . Best I can think that people maybe mean is that no matter what kind of scene is happening you manage to keep the characters looking consistent and appealing maybe?
