Come on, @berkeleyside.org. This is, again, absurd framing. There are "expenses" with either proposal—on the one hand, a loss of parking on the corridor, and on the other, injuries and lost lives on the corridor, not to mention the climate, health, congestion, and other costs associated with cars.
