amazed they are charging him and will be even more amazed if he's convicted. seems like killing-while-driving has become a de facto loophole for legal murder (or at least manslaughter) in the usa

Hi, @wcvb5.bsky.social Top tip: when a car runs over a pedestrian, it’s not a ‘pedestrian crash’. This wasn’t a ‘scooter crash’ it was a car crash. Put the responsibility where it lies: on a stupid selfish testosterone poisoned man inside 2,000 lbs of steel.
