A man came up to me at a literary festival reminding me of an event we’d done in Bath. We chatted brightly for 10 minutes. At the end I still had no idea who he was; and wasn’t sure I’d ever done an event in Bath. Am I terrible at names/faces? Had he mistaken me for someone else? Still don’t know.
