It was a hot Summer night menu tonight. Cool, leafy, green salad, and gazpacho with garnishes, EVOO, and crusty bread. We live in a small urban apartment, and our closet kitchen quickly turns into a Hell closet on hot days. So, it's chilled dinners for parts of Summer. We are lucky we can stay cool.
