Watching the absolutely ludicrous Newsnight interview by Victoria Derbyshire with Zack Polanski. Does anyone at the BBC really think that Zack intended [s44(1)(b)] to encourage anyone to murder Farage? Could that get proven in a court beyond reasonable doubt? Unambiguously no.
