I do plan to keep writing, but my mom was just diagnosed with Stage IV cancer. The journey to that diagnosis has been months in the making. 2 months of fear and moments of hope that have been dashed in a single diagnosis. There is no cure. No chance of remission, only treatment to buy her time.
