I'm definitely not an ML engineer but I'm pretty sure I get how an LLM works. So when they say we don't know, it's insulting, and kind of... gaslight-y? "No silly, you only *imagine* that you understand it. It's actually beyond your comprehension. Shut up and play with your chatbot."
