For those unfamiliar with Seattle, the Seattle Center is the old World's Fair grounds and a big tourist hub. The space needle is there along with several museums, Climate Pledge Arena, a giant fountain, a huge playground, etc. It's huge. There was a food festival going on when this broke out.
