100% true. On my street I can predict pretty well which cars will not even slow down for the stop sign at the edge of the commercial district based on how fast they accelerate at the other end of the block. Things like this would make me favor traffic cameras if they didn't come from (1/2)

Yes, AND there are plenty of stop signs and calming measures in the Hendrix Village in Conway, but the 18 year old football players w/TX plates who feel like they need to DRIVE TO PRACTICE still blast through all the stop signs and calming devices.
