For me most likely Goofus and Gallant in HiLights, the kids' magazine that was in doctor's waiting rooms b/c my MD dad sometimes took me to the clinic where he worked & left me in waiting areas. Would NEVER happen today! PS he sometimes also left me in the X-ray viewing room w/ a skeleton named Max
