ahdok21 июл., 01:31I know this is a joke, but also: 1) They've already been asking their models which keep outputting "there is no path to profitability" in response. 2) At least some of the shareholder pitch decks they've used say "we will build a super-intelligence, then it will tell us how to make it profitable."

But it is both plausible and hilarious that openai people have been inputting "how mak munny" into their conversation simulators
ahdok21 июл., 21:03Of course. My assumption is there's enough "analytical articles" out there that basically say something along the lines of "none of this makes sense, there's no path to profitability in this strategy" and thus, that's what the probabilistic outcome is from asking the question.
ahdok21 июл., 21:06It's also the case, of course, that nobody has articulated a plan for "here's how we make money", so there's no answer that exists that *could* enter the training set... and getting a financial strategy out of the ""million monkeys" making random plausible sentences" approach doesn't work either.
ahdok21 июл., 21:11We see a lot of these dumpsterdunces talking about these LLMs and what they can do (or potentially do), where their clams have no basis in reality. So for me, the actual question here is this: Do they actually understand how their own tech works (and are thus lying?) or do they genuinely not know?
