I hope my fears are unfounded but with a 14th Amendment birthright citizenship challenge decision pending and tomorrow being Juneteenth I can see the SCOTUS stripping away rights on a holiday commemorating gaining them. Considering they didn't just smack this case away from the get go says a lot.
