Brenda RaudI loved seeing the story from @iannaconelab.bsky.social presented live! HBV-infected hepatocytes can prime CD8 cells directly but CD4 help -> Kupffer cells (not DCs) -> CD27 is needed to prevent dysfunction (check episode #109 of @immunologypodcast.com for the full story!)
