I saw Nagorno-Karabakh as a lesson that drones will hit and destroy every military target of value.
This was proven false a couple years later in Ukraine.
Drone warfare has done it's damage but it hasn't stopped either Army from keeping forces in the field or stopped their warmaking capabilities.
