You can always, always go out, but in is Good too. I would want to know more about the history of other experiments

around making food cheaper. But this is a very different time and a very different context. Maybe this experiment turns out great, maybe it's a failure. You either win or you learn. Then you iterate. Absolutely worth trying.

I don't know much about it, but have heard Park Slope Food Coop has been involved at some layer. Obvs won't be a coop, but PSFC has 40+ years of NYC grocery experience, at a store that has done more $ than Whole Foods Union Square annually, at a far reduced margin seems a good resource and ally.
