This reminds me of a youtuber I saw once complaining that Garfield Kart would shut down his computer with a controller plugged in and it turns out the problem was that the most upvoted steam config for Garfield Kart at the time was a community config that bound every button to "Shutdown Computer"

witchsky.app lets you do markdown style links in posts. e.g. [text here](link here) Same syntax reddit uses. Some other clients have it too.

No. Not unless you modify it somehow. Under the hood, the way links work on here is using "facets" which are a part of the post data saying something like "characters 15-28 link to example.‍com".

It's un(?)fortunately lost media! 😔 Steam completely overhauled big picture mode around 22' or 23' and we lost the ability to power off the PC with a single button press However if you got the time you can still map all the buttons in your controller to instead close the game immediately instead

It's a computer. It can be made to do arbitrary things when something happens. (some games might actually need something in the same ballpark as shutdown computer)

Not ingame, the steam config for the controller. You can bind any button on pretty much any controller to do anything you want, including shutdown. You can make a profile out of this config and upload it, and if you and a couple of troll friends work together to make it popular this is the result.

Yeah can confirm with experience, I remember playing Gmod with the original Steam Controller and it basically did exactly that lol
