I don't know why people keep saying this. It's just plain wrong. Many more people are injured & killed on sidewalks by cars than by bikes.

I don't mind bikes, but the safety hazard of bikes on the sidewalk, when there are bike lanes 1 & 2 blocks west. What I have learned, the original plan was to have Dusable/LSD continue north along lake. But that was scrapped to route along Sheridan.
