strongk enough now to make pretty circles on the floor when I mop the warehouse at work. also now I can just deadlift a 50lb bucket of paint to over my chest so I can put it in the recycling bin and also maneuver it within the bin (it’s awkward). in the past that would’ve been 3 days back pain
