Number 7 billion of things a billionaire with a soul could be doing instead: Fund a good prequel to The Thing. Film it like a Scandi drama with an all-Norwegian cast and don't make it a rehash. Make it about a 1st contact attempt gone wrong. All drama until they communicate and then BAM deaths.
