Yeah, some of the compound questions are *really* bad. This one in particular annoyed me. Drone weapon systems under full human control and decision-making? Legit. Building the Terminator? NOPE. Why on earth would you put those two in the same question?

There were a lot that I was like, "You'd have to be a LOT more specific about HOW these things are being used." Though overall, I can live with my results. (I'm more surprised they put me in CA instead of WA, but I'm not as much of a techbro, I guess.)

Hence the number of “it depends“ answers.

Ended up answering “neutral/sometimes” to a lot of questions because I didn’t necessarily disagree agree with the words of the question but absolutely disagreed with the implied meaning of agreement. Quiz needed an “and I think that’s good” button.

I got "irreligious" because I like my church and my state far apart from each other. And I think it's odd that all their "pay us" links are crypto.

Exactly so. I find that's typical of such quizzes; I'm reading along, in agreement with a point...then the sentence takes some weird turn that changes the whole meaning or makes it self-contradictory.

Right, and some of them are framed just weirdly. There was one along the lines of "Countries with dictators develop faster." And...maybe? I don't know? But I answered "disagree" because I don't want a dictatorship even if there are some upsides.

I got so angry with so many portions of this quiz that I can't articulate it. I started on the max number of questions bit and then got interrupted partway through, re-did from the beginning, and got 'ecologist leftism' or w/e and if anything that just made things worse

Yeah, I got Radical liberalism and Soros too. Too many questions were like "what does that even mean" or tied things like nuclear power (objectively good) and AI (mostly bad) and genetic engineering (it's a spectrum) together and i had to be neutral.
