They have agreements in place. Unlike America they can be trusted to honour those. As other regions use less fuel, less will be exported. Trump can hoard it all, we’re not interested.

And there are legitimate uses for oil. The less we use for heating and powering automobiles, the more will be left for those legitimate uses.

Certainly. But that wasn't my point. It was more that let's not be hyperbolic about Norway's "green cred" as the underpinnings of 2/3 of their economy is based on "drill baby, drill".
