I had a lot of thoughts about the new Spider-Man, but I was unable to articulate them without just openly spoiling the whole damn thing. So proceed forward at your own caution. tl;dr - It's got moments of bliss, but Spider-Man has rarely felt as transactional as it does in this flick.
