EXCL: Kemi Badenoch is reshuffling her shadow cabinet today.
And she has persuaded James Cleverly, defeated leadership candidate and former Foreign and Home Secretary, to make a frontbench comeback
Honestly Badenoch can play musical chairs with her cabinet it is not going to make the slightest difference, the Tories have no chance of being the next government under her leadership.
Conservative MP, Mr Cleverly, told female guests at No.10 that "a little bit of Rohypnol in her (his wife's) drink every night" was "not really illegal if it's only a little bit".
The focus by #BBC and other media on Farage could be seen as a tacit acceptance that Badenoch is irrelevant. The #Conservative Party are set to go the way of the Liberals after the rise of Labour.
