Update: I’m in the final act of CoV right now and so far it’s been everything I hoped it would be. Game’s aces. Forget Nocturne at this point; it’s shot right up to the top spot next to SMT4. If the ending sticks the landing they’re currently building to it’s going in the Top 10.
Enjoyer of Giant RobotsJust finished my first playthrough with the Canon of Creation. I have critiques about the story and character writing but the game itself is fantastic. If the Vengeance route is even half as good as people say this may beat out Nocturne for 2nd favorite mainline SMT for me.
