Any way to replicate the CRT look of PS2 games on pcsx2? Even partially?

I guess I'd take the PC monitor here. But, I'm not too crazy about the PS2's filtering. The TV feels more correct. It really is a console that only looks right when displayed interlaced on a CRT.

This is really fascinating! It’s so different on PCSX2. I was thinking of trying this sort of setup to get as close to the original look with emulators as possible but it looks totally different! Thanks for posting these comparison pics
