It was a question on an old episode of Sci Show Tangents, and it was a "Which of these three things is real?" question. One of the options was injuries potentially leading to bits of spleen breaking off and forming additional spleens elsewhere in the body.

Good morning you can have extra spleens. You usually have one spleen. Unless you don’t because 10-30 percent of the population has EXTRA SPLEENS! They aren’t big spleens, not like a full whole spleen.
