I went to my LGS to get the LOTR bundle when it came out, and left empty handed because they were asking what was, to me, to much money over easily trackable market value.

For all the criticism we give wizards for its abandoning constructed support, over producing new sets, universes beyond slop, and bad limited environments, them abandoning MSRP in 2019 is the worst decision they've made by far
People saw how well and popular LotR was, so they are trying to go back to jacking it up like they did with FF. Sadly the best thing is to starve them and just buy singles until the bubble bursts again like with AtLA, Spidey, etc.
As a community everyone needs to start saying how horrible the spoilers look, even if they are all bangers.
All these prices are driven by 5 spoiled cards which is crazy, no matter how good they are.
