Ok I have several problems with this list. 1. Trump having any sort of IQ level is insulting. 2. George Bush having a 143 IQ is beyond questionable 3. Obama being lower than Clinton is quite debatable. Not surprisingly, the lowest IQs in this list belong to republican presidents. Go figure eh? 😂
