Every time I read something like this, I remember the black man who held a fleeing criminal on the ground at gunpoint, and called police. The car arrived, officers jumped out, and immediately shot the black man holding a white man at gunpoint. And you know the reason given.

So this young man was surrounded by Police officers who had their weapons drawn. He was so dangerous that they all had to fire their weapons. Someone needs to do a psychological evaluation on this police officers in order to determine why they are afraid to do their job.

I have not verified the police's statement, but they say the 911 call came from the boy's cell phone. Smells like BS, but would add a new layer of true.

Original report from police to the press was a "man with a gun died by suicide by cop". Now, teenage kid with a water bottle. Cops repeated the "suicide by cop" theory.

More people are killed by the police each year in the US than the total homicides in the UK each year. Over 1,200 people killed by police in the US in 2025. That compares to 522 total homicides in 2025 in the UK. Largely unfettered gun culture kills people.

Did the cop undergo a recent psych evaluation? Excessive fear demonstrated by that high number of rounds would indicate he was a walking bundle of nerves that should have been sidelined. Suspend before they kill.
