Isn't this TexASS where everyone is allowed to open carry? Don't police see guns carried this everyday? Isn't a waistband/belt an area where a gun is usually carried openly? Are police walking on eggshells in TexASS because everyone they encounter may have a gun, thus always fearing for their life?
