Some1 is going to yell at me, but I’m very skeptical of comparing cloudiness in 4xCO2 with historical obs because trends in the historical are way more driven by changes in aerosol emissions. The last phrase of the abstract is on point and not “counterintuitive”: models doing ☁️ well do ☁️ well.
