That's because hoping you can make heads explode by thinking hard enough at someone is nonverbal, and a survival skill in the military.

Would this also possibly impact any survivor benefits if the death is removed from being in battle? Did everyone else lose their combat pay because of the “cease fire”. There must also exist orders in writing as I can’t see that everyone in the military is 💯 ok with this.
