I've been testing the New Architecture builds on iOS and overall it's working pretty well! Still, it's time for a bugs thread 🐛 Most annoying bug I've seen (only testing on iOS): tapping a handle in a post that's shown in detail view doesn't work github.com/bluesky-social/social-app/issues/11251

the first and third ones in my thread should be fixed now :) but yeah the peek and pop being temperamental on iOS, the verification badge in the wrong place on Android, and a few other ones are probably still there

"new architecture" if you're unaware - this app is built with React Native, and recently the RN team basically rebuilt React Native from scratch to make it faster and correct-er. result should be this app is faster, especially on low-end Android devices

Updated to stable 1.129.0 from the apk. Still getting rough performance when scrolling profiles, swiping feeds, header fading in/out, and on the post composer screen. Bars to show UI rendering times.
